Since retiring in April of 2009
we have finally organized our personal collection of cookie jars. The jars
for sale
on our site are jars we like, but have no room to display or are duplicates, so
they have to go!
We hope you enjoy the jars as much as we have.
The following information will serve as a guide to successfully ordering and receiving merchandise from Clark’s Cookie Jars. Please take the time to read the entire guide, it’s worth the short time it will take and will preclude any problems in receiving your item.

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION is our number one goal!
Most items on the web site are the only jar we have. You must contact us via email for authorization prior to returning any items. Please if you have questions about size, quality etc, email prior to ordering. Buyer will be responsible shipping both ways on unauthorized returns.
* Buyer will be responsible for shipping both ways on items returned because you do not like the item, or it doesn't fit where you wanted to display it, etc. All sales are final for any sale item, or secondary market items.
Quality: We make every attempt possible to only deal with reputable manufacturers. However please be aware that ceramic items, in most cases, are hand painted in a mass production environment. This means that some items will have thin paint in places and other minor manufacturing flaws. This is the standard set by the manufactures, and are not considered defects in the product. All products we sell have been inspected by our qualified staff and are considered to meet this standard. If your product has cracks, chips or broken pieces this is the result of shipping damage and a damage claim must be made.
Clark’s Cookie Jars is accepting orders via our Pay Pal shopping cart order buttons located with each item.
We currently accept payments via:

Most items on the website are available for immediate shipment (we usually ship the same or next working day).
We ship via UPS and USPS ground, insure all items we ship, and confirm delivery. USPS Policy is to leave the package at your door if nobody answers the door. All packaging is done professionally and we do everything possible to insure that your item arrives in the best possible condition. All fragile items are insulated with bubble wrap, and or other cushioning material, and double boxed for maximum protection. Items that come from the manufacture in Styrofoam are double boxed and shipped with padding peanuts or paper between the boxes.
We do all we can to minimize shipping/handling costs by trying to charge the actual shipping/handling cost. However, cost is secondary to insuring that you receive your item undamaged. Our current shipping charge is $25.00 per jar for smaller jars and $40 per jar for larger heavier jars. If you want to know the exact shipping cost send your address via email and I will calculate cost.

Even with all the steps we take to protect your item, damage can still occur. If the package looks like it may have incurred damage and the delivery person is still there, notify them on the spot.
